Kathleen Reardon brings a unique blend of high-level business experience and personalized service to her real estate clients in New Hampshire’s Great North Woods.
Prior to real estate, Kathleen served as Director of Capital Raising for a private equity firm in Boston, where she raised over $6 billion and managed relationships with more than 75 institutional investors. This experience developed her strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and commitment to always putting her clients’ best interests first.
In addition to her professional background, Kathleen is also a local real estate investor in the Colebrook area, owning multiple properties. This gives her valuable, firsthand insight into the market from both a buyer and owner perspective.
Drawn to the peacefulness and old-country charm of the North Country, Kathleen is passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate this unique market whether they are searching for a home, camp, land, or investment opportunity.

Originally from Iowa, Lyn developed a strong work ethic and attention to detail that continue to guide her professional approach.
