Ray Davis began his real estate career in 1980 with John Forbes Realty and went on to establish Raymond E. Davis Real Estate in 1993. Since then, he has built a long-standing presence in the Colebrook and North Country area, where he has lived and worked for over four decades.
With extensive experience in residential properties and land, Ray has developed a deep understanding of the local market and how it has evolved over the years, from changes in pricing to increased land availability. His knowledge of the area, combined with his appreciation for its peaceful setting and outdoor lifestyle, allows him to guide clients with confidence.
Ray is known for his straightforward and honest approach. He believes in treating every client equally, being responsive, and following through on every detail to ensure a smooth transaction. His focus is always on doing what he says he will do and working to achieve the best possible outcome for both buyers and sellers.
What Ray enjoys most about his work is meeting new people and helping them reach their goals—especially seeing the excitement on a client’s face when a transaction comes together. His passion for the business and connection with people is what has kept him dedicated to real estate for over 40 years.

Lyn brings decades of experience to her role as an administrative professional, with a background that began in banking and expanded into real estate and litigation as a paralegal. These experiences have shaped her strong organizational and communication skills, as well as her ability to support teams in a variety of capacities.
Originally from Iowa, Lyn developed a strong work ethic and attention to detail that continue to guide her professional approach.
For the past 10 years, she has called North Country home, where she has built a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and a positive, can-do attitude. Known for her adaptability and professionalism, Lyn plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for both clients and the team.
