Born and raised in Colebrook, New Hampshire, Wayne Frizzell brings a lifetime of local knowledge and a genuine passion for helping others. As a lifelong North Country resident, he understands the communities, people, and lifestyle that make the region such a special place to call home.
Before beginning his real estate career, Wayne spent more than 22 years in the local grocery industry, primarily in management, followed by over 14 years in banking, where he served as
both a Branch Manager and Commercial Lender. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation in customer service, financial guidance, and building lasting relationships.
Wayne has also dedicated decades to serving his community. He served for more than 12 years as President and Vice President of the North Country Chamber of Commerce and has proudly been a member of the Colebrook Fire Department for over 39 years. His commitment to giving back and helping others has always been at the heart of everything he does.
For the past eight years, Wayne has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals throughout the North Country. Known for his honesty, professionalism, and local expertise, he is committed to providing exceptional service while guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process.

Lyn brings decades of experience to her role as an administrative professional, with a background that began in banking and expanded into real estate and litigation as a paralegal. These experiences have shaped her strong organizational and communication skills, as well as her ability to support teams in a variety of capacities.
Originally from Iowa, Lyn developed a strong work ethic and attention to detail that continue to guide her professional approach.
For the past 10 years, she has called North Country home, where she has built a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and a positive, can-do attitude. Known for her adaptability and professionalism, Lyn plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for both clients and the team.
